In 2023, our school was once again rated "good" by Ofsted following our two-day inspection, which took place in mid-November 2023.  For our first inspection under the current inspection framework; which looks closely at school curriculum provision, this was a really pleasing outcome.

Ofsted recognised the excellent work taking place here at Weston Rhyn Primary School and how: “the school has developed an exciting curriculum that celebrates the local area” in addition to preparing “pupils as future citizens”.

The inspector noted that “pupils love learning” and that “attendance is improving”.  Our children really shone during the visit and we are so proud of them.

The report recognised how “the values of respect, courage and community are interwoven throughout school life.”  The report also praised our “inclusive ethos” and how “everyone looks out for one another” and this is something we all feel particularly proud of.
