Complaints
At Weston Rhyn Primary School, we believe that strong partnerships between school and home help children thrive. We are committed to listening to parents and carers, treating concerns with respect, and working together to find positive solutions. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally by speaking with your child's class teacher or another member of staff. We encourage families to share any worries as soon as possible so that we can discuss them, arrange a meeting if needed, and work together to reach a solution.
Concerns About SEND Support
We are committed to ensuring that children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) receive the support they need to succeed. If you have any concerns about your child's SEND provision, please contact the school as soon as possible so that we can discuss your concerns and work together to provide the best support for your child.
Our SENDCo is Mrs V Hackett, who can be contacted by email at senco@westonrhyn.shropshire.gov.uk or by telephone on 01691 773429.
If a concern cannot be resolved informally, parents and carers can follow the school's formal complaints process. Full details can be found in our Complaints Policy, available below. We are committed to handling all concerns fairly, promptly, and in line with our school values of respect, openness, and collaboration.
